Race Director Jordanne Cary and finish line expert Todd Smoot keep everything 'running' quick and smooth with a laugh and a smile.
The AFJROTC cadets work with the non-profit Lt Helton Memorial Foundation throughout the year, giving our young adults an unique opportunity to serve their community and often interact with veterans.
Profits generated by the Flat Joe 5k run benefitted construction of the Memorial Gardens, the Fallen Heroes Memorial, and the Lt. Helton Scholarship fund, and this year, the Shadow Warrior Foundation. The venue provides an inspiring finish line and photo backdrop. So, come out and cheer, run the mile or 5k, have some refreshments, go home with a cool t-shirt, and become part of our Flat Joe 5k family!
